How To Heal Mental Illness

God [reality] does not forgive or pardon mental illness — especially that pertaining to psychosis.

The reason for this is because all forms of psychosis are based in and resultant from idealism.

Psychosis is basically the inability to distinguish idealism from reality. It’s what you call it when a person can’t tell the difference between what they’re manufacturing internally and projecting onto the world around them, and reality itself.

All forms of psychosis can be healed by simply using the basic tools reality has afforded to you.

Suffering from bipolar disorder? The cure is simply personal honesty, and a willingness to set aside the social actor you’ve assumed, defend and pretend to be, until you can get back in sync with reality.

Same principle applies to schizophrenia. Trying to cure yourself of schizophrenia? Let go of your identity — that is, abandon the amalgamation of belief systems and ideologies you’ve internalized, and seek to self actualize through. Abandon narcissism. Abandon the belief that you’re “special”, and that others must recognize your power and authority, and that they are or should be envious of you.

Same principle applies to borderline personality disorder, sociopathy, and the rest of psychosis-based mental illnesses…

In fact, let’s just do a cure-all bundle package right now.

TRUTH, HONESTY, COMPASSION/EMPATHY, CONSCIENTIOUSNESS, OBSERVATION (without projecting beliefs or internal narratives onto things you observe), HAVING COGNIZANCE FOR THE IMPACT YOU’RE ACTUALLY MAKING, AS OPPOSED TO SANITIZING YOUR IMPACT THROUGH IDEALISM (biases, beliefs, etc)…

This is how you heal your mind.

This is why *truth sets you free*. This is what truth sets you free from…

Truth sets you free from mental illness.

The more you retreat into idealism… the more you delve into mythologies and ideologies, pageantries, acting, in-group out-group dynamics, identity, secrecy and misdirection, greed, narcissism and self-worship…is the sicker and sicker your mind will get, and the more divorced from reality you’ll become.
