Why I Call Ideologues “Cowardly”

I think a lot of people are still confused as to why I insist on labeling ideologues as “cowardly”.

I’ll sum it up in a just few sentences for you…

Ideologues are people who attempt to live their lives in idealism(s). Not only do they attempt to live their lives in idealism(s), but they try to force their internal idealism (their personal narratives) onto reality, and onto everyone and everything around them.

They fear, and attempt to devalue, attack and subdue any and everything that conflicts with the stories they use to try to make sense of reality and the world around them. Simply put, instead of facing and investigating reality on its terms, and accepting reality and adapting/adjusting to it in real time, ideologues retreat to idealism and try to block out any and everything that represents reality.

Not only do they try to block reality out, but they try to injure reality and agents or representatives of reality with their malice and contempt.

Simply put, Truth resides in and is an agent of Reality.

Meanings, beliefs, symbolisms, fantasy, stories, self/group denial and deception (etc) are both facets of and limited to Idealism.

Bravery is choosing Reality (and truth: that which is verifiable) over Idealism.

Cowardice is choosing Idealism (desire) over Reality.
